Day 15 (skipping to where I should be, weekends are kept free) #MarchMeetTheMaker - Focus & priorities

When I think about what I focus on or try to prioritise, it always relates back to what makes me happy. Over the last year, I’ve been really focusing on myself and have been putting more time into my artwork

Usually my work are things that make me happy, but I am always open to trying new things and seeing what works for me. I am loving the directions my work is going and cannot wait to show you all the projects I am working on!

Ps yes this is a quote from animal crossing because I spend a lot of time playing it.

Day 16 - From the archive

Throwing it back to before I owned an iPad to do digital drawings and did a lot of mixed media pieces. I moved away from this for copyright reasons mostly, but also because I was growing as an artist. That being said I do still love doing watercolour paintings and pen drawings!

Day 17 - Process

A time lapse video showing the full process of my newest drawing. I posted a reel to Instagram showing some of this the other day, but I decided to change a few bits!

The joy of digital drawings means being able to change your mind on things, and makes the creative process a lot easier

Day 18 - Colour Safe to say I like a lot of colour, anyone who knows me knows my hair colour is changing on a regular basis. If something has rainbows on it, good chance I am getting it.

Obviously my logo is green and pink, which are my favourite colours, so I try to incorporate these when packing orders. When it comes to my art, I use whatever colours I'm feeling that day but I do think I need to start editing my content a bit
